         INFORMATION: 

1. Esomeprazole- 

• New & effective proton pump inhibitors (PPls).

• Esomeprazole 40mg provides more effective acid control than twice standard dose of omeprazole.

• Maintenance dose esomeprazole 20mg provided greater acid control & maintained intra gastric PH - 4 for a longer period of time than maintenance dose lansoprazole 15 mg, Rebprazole 10 mg & Pantaprazole 20mg in healthy subject. 

            2. Edomperidone- 

• Safe & effective prokinetic. 

• Enhances intra duodenal motility.
